6. Spinorio Research Workflow Data
Spinorio may process quantum workflow information such as code, circuits, parameters, transpilation context, simulator or hardware job metadata, backend selections, results, benchmark metrics, and experiment records. This data is used to provide the workspace, enable inspection and reproducibility features, support user workflows, improve reliability, and maintain security.
6A. Recruitment Applications
When you apply for a QuantGates role, we collect your name, email address, optional location and profile links, your résumé or CV, and any optional statement you provide. We use this information to assess your application, communicate about recruiting, and maintain necessary recruitment records. Applicant records are stored in a restricted database and résumé files in private cloud storage. Access should be limited to people directly involved in hiring. We review recruitment records for deletion when no longer needed; you may request access, correction or deletion using the contact details in this policy.
